Knowledge worth more than money!

Birthday cake makes you old.
It makes your  hair go gray.
It makes your head get bald.
It makes you hard of hearing.
It makes you need glasses.
And your teeth may fall out.

Just saying - be warned ...

I know because David said so.
He told that to our 8 year old grandson on his birthday.

- 'the buck stops there' 

David talks a lot about being old this year.
'Up is further than down,' he says.
He also says down is further that before.

He keeps telling me that I am old ...
I keep telling him to speak for himself.

I think he likes the idea of being old. He wants to be as wise as every gray haired, ancient becomes. In his heart he knows he is ancient, ageless, - of eternity. He knows he is a son of God. He knows he is loved by his Father and wants to be just like him.
