I cherish the words of Isaiah.
There (in the Old Testament of the Bible) this great prophet teaches
about Jesus Christ: his birth (Isa 9: 6), his
life, his death, and why we need to know about him (Isa 53).
This Jesus Christ as taught by Isaiah, whose life is recorded in the
many books of the New Testament, gives me hope, and he gives me help. HE sets
an example to follow and promises I can become like him.
Galatians
4:7 “… thou art no more a servant, but a [child]; and if a [child],
then an heir of God through Christ.”
Isaiah 45: 22 Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.
I have no words to express the greatness of Jesus Christ. Some poetic and masterful music, such as Handel’s Messiah, helps to praise and extol this same Jesus Christ. With hymns I honor Him. I worship Him, especially at Easter.
With Isaiah, as in Chapter 12,
I would sing
and shout aloud:
1 And in that day thou shalt say, O Lord, I will praise thee: though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou comfortedst me.
2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.
3 Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.
4 And in that day shall ye say, Praise the Lord, call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, make mention that his name is exalted.
5 Sing unto the Lord; for he hath done excellent things: this is known in all the earth.
6 Cry out and shout, thou inhabitant of Zion: for great is the Holy One of Israel in the midst of thee.

And then there are the words and songs I can not sing. My tongue is
bound, my shouts of praise silenced as "I
Stand All Amazed" with awe in recognition of the magnitude of
this divine omnipotent being, Jesus Christ. Emotion chokes my throat and
tears seep from my eyes and fall in reverence of His love and willingness to
live and to die that I can have that hope and help that he invites me to
enjoy.

I can not speak for I KNOW - He lives!

With the Psalmist my heart exults --
