We all know what salt is.
I don't know anyone that does not.
Same goes for sugar. Right?

Sometimes I am right.
Sometimes I am wrong.

I know only one way to really know.
It is by taste.
To taste I must act.
I must actually do.
Doing is more than knowing there is a difference.
"Doing" requires action, by me.
And when I know salt from sugar, and use them in correctly balanced amounts, I can create marvelous and delicious foods, change my environment (think ice in winter), and increase joy for myself and for others.
