April is a busy month.

It starts off with General Conference, often has Easter and/or 'Spring Break' and then birthdays start. Yours leads a pack of about a quazillion April birthdays (and other significant dates).

You lead the pack in many other ways too. Sometimes you don't have much to say but we appreciate much wisdom in what you do say ... especially the humourous world view you expose periodically.

Thank you for being a husband and a father - a dad that cares about and interacts with his children and spouse. And thanks for caring about and doing for others.  Like building steps that make walking up them easier and noticing such minute details - that is only one small example.

We hope this is a day when you notice how important your arrival in the world was. We love you and are glad you are part of our family - do you know that?
